Job Description

Cognizant has an excellent opportunity for a ServiceNow Lead Developer to be part of a leading-edge technology project. This full-time ServiceNow Lead Developer role is based in London and offers an attractive salary and benefits.

As a ServiceNow Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SNOW Custom Apps for Industry Solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse business needs, and provide technical solutions.

In your first few weeks in this ServiceNow Lead Developer role, you can expect to:

  • Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure the quality and performance of the applications
  • Assist the product team and business owners in finding creative ways to solve business problems and make them more effective
  • Provide work effort estimates based on end-user stories and related assumptions

To succeed in this flexible role, you must be an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer with experience in SNOW Custom Apps Industry Solutions. You will also require the following:

  • Experience with ServiceNow integration including between different business systems
  • Experience working with integration tools and technologies like XML HTML AJAX, CSS REST, and SOAP API
