The post holder will also undertake the creation of courses in the CRM and maintaining the CRM accuracy relating to 
Liaison with other members of the Education Services team is key to ensure all deadlines are met and tasks are executed to a high and professional standard. The role forms part of the whole Education Services structure and during busy periods it is expected that support is provided to the overall priority tasks.

IPP Education offer a range of educational services including qualifications up to level 7. Promoting excellent customer service to IPP Education customers and business departments. 

Provide assistance to all IPP Education learners, employers and tutors
Liaise with academic partners regarding student funding
Ensure the CRM is accurately prepared for enrolment bookings to be processed
Maintain all ISO 9001 processes for the education services team
Support the Education Services Project Executive to achieve the overall departmental strategy
Data management experience and advanced levels of IT literacy
This role also requires occasional travel, overnight stays, on call and weekend working.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages
Time management skills

Working week: 37 hour working week (full-time)
Annual leave: 26 days annual leave per annum, plus bank holidays (pro-rated)
