Marketing Account Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will execute successful marketing activities to generate leads for the UK and Ireland markets. Collaborating with the Marketing Manager, you will help develop tactical marketing plans based on action points from our country business plans (A2A). You will engage with our market daily through various channels, including email, social media, events, and web content. You should be adept at localizing US/global campaigns and creating local communications. Effective integration and communication with the broader UK team will be crucial to ensure that all marketing activities are well-understood and properly implemented.
Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for the successful execution of all marketing tactics outlined in local tactical marketing plans to drive lead generation.
Ensure the timely and relevant delivery of marketing campaigns to all market segments.
Uphold and maintain our values and code of conduct.
Use the UK Ambition to Action framework to develop a tactical marketing plan, taking responsibility for its operational execution.
Deliver effective campaigns and communications across various mediums.
Understand the market to tailor messages to the appropriate segments.
Localize US/global campaigns for the UK market.
Create content for local campaigns as needed.
Develop strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of all marketing activities as part of our SMISS (Strategic Marketing/Inside Sales/Sales) initiative.
Plan and maintain a social media calendar and content for Facebook and Twitter, with a minimum of three posts per week.
Coordinate the company's attendance at relevant trade exhibitions, conferences, symposiums, seminars, and SUN meetings.
Measure the success of strategies, tactics, and campaigns.
Generate and present marketing reports as required.
Update data and record customer interactions in the CRM system.
Attend training, conferences, customer sites, and events as needed.
Achieve set and specific sales and marketing initiatives and KPIs.

Role Requirements:
BSc or equivalent in marketing or a related subject, plus two years of experience working across the full marketing mix, or a minimum of six years' experience in a marketing role.
Strong strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and planning abilities.
A passionate individual driven to make a difference.
Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal, written, verbal presentation, and telephone skills.
Analytical, tenacious, curious, and detail-oriented.
Ability to travel as required for exhibitions, conferences, customer sites, and training.

Qualifications:
A degree in Marketing or a related field.
Desirable: Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma in Professional Marketing/Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing or equivalent is highly regarded.
