Marketing Project Executive

I am proud to be working in partnership with a charity who are looking to appoint a Head of Marketing, which is a brand new and pivotal appointment.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic marketing professional and be responsible for the overall business growth through increased marketing and brand awareness. This role requires an experienced marketing leader with change management experience and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights, and leading high-performing teams.
Manage, develop and deliver a high-performing marketing & communications team
Leading the development of a data-driven marketing strategy
Analysis of membership growth data and performance metrics, translating these insights into actionable recommendations
Overseeing all aspects of brand management
Leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Leadership experience in growing marketing roles or sole responsibility for growth at a company, transitioning to a managerial role
