Kenton Black Finance are currently recruiting for a full-time and permanent Credit Control Administrator on behalf of a business that is based in the Bury area. You will have the opportunity to earn a 10% annual bonus (very achievable) and you'll get 25 days of annual leave (plus BH). You'll have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and full training will be given. Please note, this job is office based.

Your New Role as the Credit Control Admin:
• Allocate incoming payments for our portfolio to customer accounts accurately.
• Prepare and process manual invoices for non-usage transactions (third party recharges, credits, etc)
• Managing customer ceased credit processes include identifying customers with credit balances, generating correspondence and initiating refund where applicable.
• Ad hoc reporting
Computer literate with moderate Excel and Outlook skills (ESSENTIAL)
