Development Management Manager

At GSF Car Parts the role of the Servicesure Development Manager is to work collaboratively with the Business Development Manager, Branch & Regional teams to develop the use of the Servicesure programmes.
The programmes include training the branch network, and all associated products within to maximise the ability to grow and establish sustainable sales growth.
This role will cover the London regions therefore some travel may be required.
Complete analysis of the Current Servicesure network with a clear status of garage programmes and wor collaboratively with the relevant Business Development Manager to devise a plan on generating new business and improving the understanding and buy-in to targets from existing accounts looking across the spectrum of the highlighted product groups (Brakesure, Batterysure, Oilsure, EVSure, Visionsure)
Holding local customer training evenings in line with product and Servicesure suppliers
Monday - Friday 40 hours per week covering 8am - 5.A proven sales or account management background, ideally in a multi-site organisation within FMCG
Experience in productive journey planning, the job involves visiting prospect and live accounts over a large geographic area therefore the best use of time over distance is important
A full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in the Servicesure brand in both knowledge of the content and demonstrable use in customers
