We're currently seeking a committed and driven Commercial Insurance Executive to deliver results within a busy Sales & Service team. You will be responsible for achieving new business sales and retention of current business, across a range of products.

This a rare and unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and forward-thinking company based in Cheltenham with a fast paced and professional environment working environment and a number of excellent benefits.

Role Responsibilities

* Calculate premiums and make underwriting decisions

* Negotiate new business with insurers and other insurance brokers

* Administer files and process paperwork

* Liaise with insurance companies and build relationships with our wholesale brokers

* Ensure the Motor Insurance Database is notified within deadlines

Key Skills

* An understanding and working knowledge of commercial related insurance policies

* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Sirius - SSP (or experience of using a similar system

* A confident telephone manner and the ability to be accurate and precise whilst working under pressure and meeting deadline.

* A friendly and approachable personality with the ability to adapt to customer requirements with patience and understanding.

* Can-do attitude and team player approach
