- Play a key role in developing the overall marketing and communications strategy to support the charities short and long-term objectives.
- Gather Research information and make is accessible and inspiring for their supporters, the general public and your fellow employees.
- Lead on the development of innovative and engaging research focused content to engage a variety of stakeholders
- Research Media Activity – creating a PR plan and proactively sourcing stories to generate media interest
- Support the wider team, particularly fundraising teams through developing interesting and inspiring stories to aid their work
- Measure and evaluate communication initiatives
- Act as a Spokesperson on behalf of the charity internally, externally and in the media
- Responsibility of the management and development of one direct report
