This position is part of a small dedicated positive team responsible for all meetings, cricket and events at The Guildford Pavilion. Handling enquiries through to confirmation and finally the running of the event. Within your remit, you’ll be responsible for events including meetings, parties, dinners, weddings, barbecues, concerts, cricket and community activities to new and existing clients.
Maintaining and building positive long-term relationships with clients and ensuring that the clients receive the highest level of service.
Being pro-active with placing orders with suppliers including external caterers and facilities contractors. Dealing with and checking deliveries coming into the building.

Events and Venue training ideal.
Booking system knowledge - ideally IVvy but training will be provided
Sound commercial acumen and target driven
Excellent communications skills - social media, telephone and written
