Deine Aufgaben

Die CCO-Front-Office-Abteilung 'Operational Support' ist dafür verantwortlich, die Energiewende für die 'Power'-Teams im Handelsbereich von Uniper Global Commodities zu ermöglichen. Unser Team hilft bei der Entwicklung und Sicherstellung effektiver Compliance-Abläufe in den Märkten GER, UK, NL, HU und SE, baut kontinuierlich die Compliance-Kultur in Power auf und trägt somit direkt zum kommerziellen Erfolg der Front-Office Power-Funktion bei.

Wir suchen ein neues Teammitglied als 'Power Compliance Expert', das über fundierte Kenntnisse der Handels-Compliance, z.B. REMIT, in Bezug auf den kommerziellen Stromhandel und die Dispatch-Funktionen verfügt. Deine Compliance-Kenntnisse unterstützen und leiten unsere Stakeholder im Bereich Power dabei, sich kontinuierlich zu verbessern und im Einklang mit den neuesten Compliance-Vorschriften zu handeln.

Deine Aufgaben sind: 

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Koordination von Compliance-bezogenen "Root Cause Analysis" über verschiedene Teams hinweg und unterstützt bei Analyseaufgaben, der Überwachung von Maßnahmen und der Kommunikation mit den jeweiligen Stakeholdern
  • Du verfügst über Fachwissen zu Compliance-Vorschriften wie REMIT und entwickelst dieses weiter, um regulatorische Änderungen und Marktpraktiken an die betroffenen Stakeholder weiterzugeben
  • Du managst die interne Compliance-Kommunikation und -berichterstattung, z. B. durch die Moderation regelmäßiger REMIT-Compliance-Exchange-Sitzungen, die Erstellung eines monatlichen Compliance-Newsletters und die Sicherstellung einer regelmäßigen Compliance-KPI-Berichterstattung an das Senior Management
  • Du stärkst die Compliance-Kultur von Power durch die Verwaltung von Beobachtungen im Zusammenhang mit Power und koordinierst die Ergebnisse und Maßnahmen mit den jeweiligen Stakeholdern
  • Du setzt Compliance-Vorschriften und -Richtlinien in praktische und abgestimmte operative Prozesse und Lösungen um

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in der europäischen Compliance-Regulierung (insbesondere REMIT) und in der Energiewirtschaft, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Rohstoffhandel, Dispatch, Optimierung oder Vertrieb, ist von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium (beliebige Fachrichtung) mit nachweislicher Erfahrung nach dem Studium in einem multinationalen Umfeld
  • Hohes Maß an analytischen Fähigkeiten, Eigenverantwortung und Eigenmotivation
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Fließend in Englisch, andere EU-Sprache sind von Vorteil
