Overview: An excellent opportunity has arisen within our Client for a Site Manager to oversee operations and co-ordinate the installation of a large construction project based in Burton on Trent. This role is essential in ensuring high levels of Health & Safety, client service, timely execution, and installation quality to achieve maximum client satisfaction. As the point of reference for the workers, you will be a key person in the completion of projects within the team. Daily Management: Oversee the on-site construction process, ensuring smooth operations.
* Contractor Relations: Foster strong working relationships between all contractors to ensure effective collaboration.
* Arrange and manage work schedules to ensure timely project progression.
* Hands-On Involvement: Participate in construction work as needed to support the team.
* Accountability: Be accountable for the project's progress and outcomes.
* Drive and uphold the company's Health & Safety culture across the site.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Site Manager, with a proven track record in managing construction sites.
* SMSTS: Site Management Safety Training Scheme (essential).
* Ability to communicate clearly and report effectively, both orally and in writing.
* Proficient in using IT tools and software for project management and reporting.
* Driver's Licence: Full driver's licence required.
