Duties and responsibilities related to the Senior Sales Manager role Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on corporate, diplomatic, and new business development to drive revenue and market growth Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers across multinational corporations, embassies, and local business networks Lead contract negotiations and prepare tailored proposals for corporate accounts, ensuring alignment with brand standards and pricing integrity Represent the hotel at trade shows, diplomatic events, and industry forums to generate leads and elevate brand visibility Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and inform proactive sales strategies About You You bring proven experience in sales management within the premium hospitality sector, ideally in a hotel environment.
