As a Recruitment Marketing Manager, you'll play a vital role in shaping our recruitment strategy and attracting quality candidates to our organisation.

Position Overview: We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the development and implementation of our recruitment marketing strategy. You will lead on our strategy to build engaging volume and non-volume campaigns to attract diverse talent to Wiltshire Police.Utilising data-driven insights, you'll establish key success metrics and optimise attraction campaigns across various channels. Your creativity and expertise will drive engagement with internal and external opportunities, ensuring that Wiltshire Police remains an inclusive employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operational leads and senior recruitment team to define recruitment marketing objectives and priorities.
  • Develop comprehensive attraction plans aligned with organisational goals and budgetary constraints.
  • Challenge traditional recruitment marketing approaches and advocate for innovative strategies.
  • Create compelling content tailored to target audiences and candidate profiles.
  • Implement diverse attraction channels to effectively reach and engage candidates.
  • Collect and analyse performance metrics to optimise attraction channels and campaigns.
  • Enhance the Wiltshire Police careers page and social media presence with multimedia content and employee testimonials.
  • Present attraction plans to operational leads, securing stakeholder buy-in through clear communication of benefits.
  • Coordinate employer branding activities to enhance recruitment engagement.
  • Represent Wiltshire Police at careers fairs, recruitment events, and meetings, both in-person and online.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record of implementing effective recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Experience with digital recruitment marketing campaigns and social media tools.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ATS platforms.

Attributes After Training:

  • Ability to provide advice and guidance on recruitment processes.
  • Experience in engaging diverse talent and converting interest into applications.
  • Proficiency in analysing data and using insights for decision-making.
  • Familiarity with relevant HR processes and procedures.
