IT Help Desk Manager – Sheffield - £40-50K
An established client of ours in the Technology sector are looking for a IT Help Desk Manager to join their internal IT department, on a permanent basis. This role will require a strong leader, with the ability to improve and build the processes around the Service Desk as the business evolves.
Responsible for the general maintenance and support of all on site IT systems and applications.
Working with cloud based technologies - Azure hosting, AVD, RDS and Microsoft Office technologies.
Ensure that IT support remains available during weekend and business hours.
