Are you passionate about technology and eager to help people solve their IT issues?
I am currently supporting this Sheffield based Housing Association to recruit for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their dynamics team.
This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a proactive attitude, a desire to learn, and an interest in all things tech.
As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for our internal customers, providing essential 1st and 2nd line IT support.
You’ll have exposure to troubleshooting hardware, software, network, or telephony issues, you’ll be there to assist and make sure everything runs smoothly.
You’ll gain hands-on experience with various tech tools, learn valuable skills, and play a vital role in ensuring our team has the support they need to succeed.
Handling customer queries by phone, email, and in person.
Providing essential support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, applications.
Track and prioritise tasks throughout their lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with service standards and internal policies.
Get hands-on with desktop and mobile hardware and software, ensuring everything is set up, maintained, and running efficiently.
Maintain accurate user information, set up folders, assign permissions, and support system administration as needed.
Keep track of ICT assets and assist with hardware/software procurement as directed.
The role is Hybrid with 3 days a week onsite in Sheffield and occasional travel to client site so a Valid UK Driving License will be essential.
00 Car Allowance each month.
