We are looking for a new member to join our

NCH&C Volunteer Service team

in the following position: Volunteer Coordinator 22.5 Hours per week Voluntary Norfolk recruits, trains and supports volunteers for the NCH&C Volunteer Service to support healthcare services provided by Norfolk Community Health & Care NHS Trust The Volunteer Coordinator is enthusiastic about the positive impact of volunteering in improving and supporting NCH&C services and patient experience. They are committed to playing a part in helping the Volunteer Service develop and evolve in a changing healthcare environment. They are dedicated to recruiting, training and supporting high quality volunteers, have excellent IT, presentation and interpersonal skills, and enjoy helping others to achieve their goals and make a difference. They are comfortable communicating face to face, via the telephone and online and have good interpersonal skills. They are a team player and are willing to support colleagues to ensure the success of the Service. Salary : £26,080 per annum pro rata 37 hours per week Base:

A hybrid working arrangement applies to this post with a nominated base agreed based on the postholders home address. Closing date :
