As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced hands on Head of Hotels F&B to join our team at Legoland, Windsor. This role is responsible for the daily management of all of the Food and Beverage outlets across 3 hotel restaurants and bars and our corporate event space, ensuring that the highest standards of food and beverage service are provided to our guests.
As Head of Hotels F&B, you will lead with a commitment to excellence, ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience.

We are recruiting this role on a full time (40 hour) permanent basis. The role will involve working weekends.

Oversee the delivery of food and beverage operations within the 3 hotels
Lead, manage, motivate and inspire the food and beverage operations teams
Ensure seamless and timely communications between the food and beverage department and all other departments within the hotel
Control food and beverage wages and costs and budgets carefully
Foster a culture of teamwork and five-star customer service ethos across the team and champion guest satisfaction

Large-scale food and beverage operations experience is essential
High-end resort hotel or venue experience is highly desirable
Current experience as a Senior Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant Director of F&B or Hotel Operations Manager is preferable
The ability to prioritise activities, communicate, plan your time and co-ordinate F&B operations across multiple outlets is required
Proven, successful people management and leadership experience is essential
Have a solid understanding of health and safety cultures and the ability to train out policies and procedures
