We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic Managing Director for Your Overseas Home. This role calls for an individual with a strong sense of commercial awareness and a deep understanding of how to run a platform-based business. It's essential that you are able to apply your comprehensive knowledge of the property market to guide operational strategies and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 7 years' experience in Sales Operations roles within the Property/Proptech/Data sector. You must have a clear track record of high performance
  • Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding the property market, including industry trends and customer needs
  • Commercial Awareness: A strong sense of commercial awareness and a deep understanding of how to run a platform-based business
  • Process and Pipeline Management Expertise: Proven success in developing and implementing effective business processes and managing operational and sales pipelines
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
