Job
The role of Interim Financial Accountant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
- Preparation of statutory financial statements
- Ownership of month end close and reporting for your allocated area of the business
- Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process
- Provide technical accounting advice to finance team and wider business
- Analyse accounting systems for inaccuracies and potential improvements
- Engage in ad-hoc project work
You
As an Interim Financial Accountant, you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
- Qualified Accountant (ICAS, ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA) is preferred
- Significant experience in statutory accounts preparation
- Experience with Group accounts preparation
- Proactive self-starter with proven ability to problem solve complex issues
- Advanced proficiency with core IT packages, including Excel
- Excellent communication skills and strong team player
- Ability to command respect and build productive and collaborative working relationships at all levels
- Backgrounds in commercial, manufacturing or supply chain are preferred
