NRL’s manufacturing client based in Grangemouth has a requirement for an Technical Administrator to join the team on a 12 Month contract basis.
Replenish leaflets, notices and meeting room consumables as necessary.
- Report GBC building maintenance issues / requirements to Facilities Management Team.
- Manage stock of safety equipment (PPE) for visitors going out on site with Refinery Management Team / other people departments located in the GBC Building.
- Ensure stationery equipment and materials are available to GBC building by managing and ordering required items.
- Office Machinery / Equipment (e.g. copiers, etc.) - Provide administrative support to staff within the building.
- that are finished to a high standard and adhere to company branding guidelines.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office packages
- Planning and Organisation Skills
- Excellent team working and networking skills peers, managers and external contacts
- HNC or equivalent in Business Administration or relevant site working experience
- A Quality or Document Control background in Oil & Gas would be an advantage
