Title: SC Cleared Support Engineer
Day Rate: £135-£145 per day
We are currently seeking a SC Clearedc Support Engineer to join our team based in Edinburgh. As a Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing desktop support to on-site users as well as remote support to users located in London, Leeds, and home locations.
The role involves supporting mainly HP kit, peripherals such as docking stations, keyboards & mice, iPhones, and Samsung phones in a Windows 10/11 environment. Additional responsibilities include software installation and configuration, cabling and patching, and providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of video conferencing and telephony support is preferred but not essential.
Provide desktop support to on-site users
Offer remote support to users in London, Leeds, and home locations
Support HP kit, peripherals, iPhones, and Samsung phones
Install and configure software applications
Handle cabling and patching tasks
Demonstrate proficiency in iPhone and Samsung phone support
Administer video conferencing and telephony support when required
