Services Analyst - Exciting Opportunity in Chichester

Key Responsibilities:

As an Analyst, your main responsibility will be managing customer account details for a portfolio of commercial customers. You'll analyse data to identify potential savings and work closely with suppliers to request necessary account changes. Additionally, you'll be expected to balance multiple deadlines, provide excellent customer service, and communicate effectively. Full training will be provided and there are excellent career opportunities for the right person.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be proactive, efficient, and meticulous, with excellent numeracy and analytical skills. You should be able to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks are essential.

Located within commuting distance of Chichester.

Experience using Microsoft Excel
