- This is a great opportunity for a driven, sales oriented and self-motivated individual with a minimum of 1-2 years successful field sales experience who wants to move into the medical sales arena. The Dental Industry has been experiencing continuous strong growth with the UK growing of 10-12% every year; specifically the Implant Market is booming creating endless opportunities from both a financial and career standpoint.
The role involves consulting and selling our advanced solutions to dental practices across your geographical territory. The sales process can be complex and generally involves initial cold call, rapport building, fact finding, consultative approach and deal closure. The company has developed a number of truly innovative solutions which has positioned it at the forefront of Implant Dentistry, differentiating its truly comprehensive offer from any competitors in the market. DYNAMIC MEDICAL FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE - SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE
You will need to be extremely driven and have the ability to secure sales combined with a strong intellect in order to understand and communicate the technical aspects and related USPs. The sales approach is consultative and you will need the ability to influence people and situations. You are selling the value of the product rather than undercutting competitors’ prices working within the top-end part of the market.
