Overseeing the day to day running of the London Managing Partner office. Extensive diary management and inbox management.
Working closely with the Managing Partner, UK Operations Partner and their Chief of Staff on all matters related to the direction of the London office, including leadership, management priorities and issues. Internal Social Media management
Extensive travel arrangements including visas.
Inbox monitoring and support with prioritization
Working with the Brunswick marketing and events teams to organise events, webinars, and publishing content.
Working with charges to expand and maintain individual and firm-held professional networks.
Scheduling London Partner and Director meetings/office wide update meetings
Delivering ad hoc personal support on the occasions when it is necessary, including for external charity/board commitments and platform opportunities.
Liaison with internal departments to support the functioning of the team, including facilities, ICT, HR and finance.
Liaison with peers across the Brunswick global network to help facilitate the delivery of the London strategy.
Providing cover for the wider assistant team during periods of holiday and sickness
Be willing to work from the office 4 days a week, flexible and willing to work outside of normal working hours is essential.
Have extensive experience supporting senior management
Excellent administration skills, displaying absolute discretion at all times
Very strong attention to detail and a high standard of the English language (both written and verbal) is essential
Excellent project/account management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
