As our Inventory Manager, you’ll be accountable for:

Inventory Management:

Be the go-to person for all things stock and logistics.

Ensure there is sufficient inventory to support our customers across our product lifecycle, from new installation through to operational support.

Work with the Network Capacity & Efficiency Manager to ensure minimum stock levels and mitigate any associated risk.

Inventory Configuration:

Action requests internally, and provide support with the configuration and licensing of items prior to deployment.

Work with our Resource team to identify trends in faulty equipment to undertake fault diagnosis and derive associated risks, issues, and recommendations.

Experience in inventory management preferably in the Networking or Telecoms industry.

Proven experience of process improvement and driving efficiencies.

Skilled in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

A Network Engineer background would be a massive plus if you’re looking for something new

This is a full-time role; But there’s no weekend work, it's Monday to Friday.

It's a permanent position.

This role is office-based, here in our Solihull HQ

Competitive salary of £30-38,000 per annum.
