  • **Stakeholder Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their engagement and support.
  • **Resource Management:** Manage school resources efficiently, including budgeting and allocation of staff and materials, to support the school’s strategic objectives.
  • **Compliance & Standards:** Ensure the school adheres to all regulatory and statutory requirements. Maintain high standards of safeguarding and student welfare.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
  • A proven track record of successful teaching and leadership roles within an educational setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading school improvement initiatives and driving educational outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum design, pedagogical strategies, and student assessment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate staff, students, and parents.
  • Relevant qualifications in education and leadership, including a degree and professional teaching certification.
  • Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
