This varied position you will play a key role the development of Rotork’s Global Reward Agenda, being involved in all areas of Reward including compensation and benefits across 30 countries.

Working with the Reward Manager, you’ll provide the analytical support needed to enable great decisions, to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our cyclical Reward processes, and to provide first line pay and benefits support to our HR team and wider colleagues.

As part of our wider Growth+ strategy, you’ll also support the delivery of all upcoming Reward projects and the roll out of associated change to the business within a global context.

This position would suit someone from either an Analytical/Data Science background, or someone with experience in an HR or Reward function. Either way, you’ll be passionate about Reward, data, and process improvement, looking for a varied role with opportunities for development long term.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience of working in an analytical role and/or working within a Reward or HR function
  • Advanced Excel knowledge with experience of working with large data sets
  • Able to translate the findings of your analytics into clear and logical proposals
  • Ideally has experience working in a global/matrix organisation

The Successful Candidate

  • Passionate about Reward, data and/or process improvement
  • Independent, proactive and a great communicator
  • Able to prioritise high impact work, but with a high focus on the details
  • Able to manage multiple workstreams and work efficiently to set timeframes
