  • Working with fee earners and support staff in the new build team to maximise new business opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to open new relationships
  • Dealing with new quotations
  • Handling clients queries regarding conveyancing quotations
  • Provide weekly reports to management
  • Take responsibility for issues that arise from new enquiries
  • Possess the ability to convert an enquiry into a sale
  • No cold calling
The candidate
  • The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of conveyancing , new build knowledge advantageous, or someone currently working as an Estate Agent
  • Have the ability to convert a new build enquiry into a sale
  • Excellent communications skills
