You will be a data-driven individual with a strong analytical mind, able to track and analyse membership trends to optimize our strategies and ensure sustainable growth.

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date member database, utilizing relevant systems and procedures.
Respond to member inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, providing high-quality customer service.
Analyse membership data and trends to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
Support with the organisation of the AGM event each year, and to lead the project.

Experience building relationships and exceeding member expectations.

Data analysis and Reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficient in membership management software and CRM systems.
