Role Overview: As a Principal Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to lead client relationships, manage projects, and shape business strategy, positioning yourself as a key player in the energy revolution. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Management: Nurture relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and advise on renewable integration. Project Leadership: Oversee complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and within-budget outcomes. Strategic Development: Contribute to innovation strategy and identify growth opportunities. Team Management: Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative environment. Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on industry trends and represent the company at events.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need:

Essential: A PhD in Power Systems or equivalent, project management skills, and GB transmission knowledge. Desirable: Proficiency in Python programming, web development, and business development skills.
