We are a friendly, fun and small team where you will be reporting into the Talent Manager, so you will have visibility into broader talent management and HR initiatives, with the potential for interesting future project assignments.
Your primary focus will be on driving business growth by delivering talent acquisition services to support our UK & Australian teams, with occasional recruitment needs in other global regions. Expect to specialise in high-skilled, low-volume recruitment for permanent and contract positions, where you will develop meaningful, long-term relationships with prospective candidates and gain a deep insight into the SAP talent market and industry.
We believe in strong partnerships between HR and hiring managers to achieve optimal outcomes for our teams. As such, you will closely partner with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process to meet resourcing project deadlines.
We're committed to your professional growth. Working closely with the Talent Manager to pro-actively network, search, and source to identify new talent that could be suitable for positions at The Config Team.
Conduct telephone screening interviews, submit, and discuss potential candidate profiles internally.
Responsible for building and maintaining talent pools within the ATS.
As suitable, assist with internal talent and HR projects.
An understanding or keen interest in talent resourcing and wider activities of the Talent Acquisition function.
Excellent organisation and planning skills.
Experienced with Microsoft Offices packages including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience of resourcing for niche skills such as SAP/ERP, or for roles within technology or the supply chain.
Experience working within an internal talent / HR team and recruitment agency.
Previous HR/business administration experience.
