As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by securing new projects within the B2B sector. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, working collaboratively with our talented design team and back office.

Lead Generation: In collaboration with our marketing team you will proactively identify and qualify potential clients within the commercial sector (Workplace, Gyms, Leisure and Stadium Interiors).
Client Development: Project Proposals: Collaborate with designers to develop compelling proposals that showcase Layrd Design's capabilities and address the client's specific requirements.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing while ensuring profitability and a strong client fit.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and potential new business opportunities within the commercial design sector.
You must have experience in B2B sales within the commercial interior design industry.
Strong understanding of the commercial design landscape, including current trends and client needs within office, retail, stadium, and Gym interior design.
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is expected.
