As an Area Manager, your primary focus will be on enhancing customer experience, exceeding client expectations, efficiently managing the region, and ensuring the smooth execution of Grounds Maintenance contracts.
Conducting site audits to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
Leading KPI meetings to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Providing quotes for additional Grounds Maintenance and Tree works and ensuring timely delivery.
Conducting quality surveys to maintain service excellence.
Building and fostering a positive team culture among staff members.
