The Marchesi patisseries, the equivalent of Milanese tradition and historicity, represent one of the highest expression of Italian pastry-making.

For our patisserie in London, Mayfair district, we are looking for a Pastry Chef.
What youll do
You will be responsible for the preparation of bakery and pastry products in compliance with company procedures and regulations.
In particular, your activities will include:
- Prepare fresh pastry products (basic doughs, baking, fillings, finishes) in coordination with the manager and the team
- Use specific pastry techniques to take care of the details of each product according to the company's image and presentation standards, guaranteeing quality and excellence
- Use the appropriate tools and equipment for each process, work safely with them, taking care of their maintenance and cleaning
- Organize one's own workplace in respect of shared spaces
- Operate in compliance with company procedures and health and safety regulations
What you'll bring
At least two years previous experience in a similar role
You have the skills that allow you to work under pressure and with care.
English is the primary language used in our patisserie. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
You are available 5/7 (including weekends).
You are available for traveling in Italy.
