Operating from 20 offices across Yorkshire, they are very much regarded as the property experts in the region, with an unwavering dedication to providing excellent service to their clients.

What’s in it for you
  1. Up to £25,000 basic salary (DOE)
  2. Monday to Friday, 08:45am – 5:30pm
  3. Alternate Saturdays, 08:45am – 1:00pm

  7. Business mileage paid
What you’ll be doing

Taking incoming enquiries via telephone email and online property portals

Arranging photography, EPCs, floor plans etc. to prepare marketing materials for properties – overseeing the drafting of property brochures

Utilizing the database to match applicants to properties that fit their requirements

Regularly liaising with vendors to update them on progress and discuss further marketing strategies

Arranging viewings and relaying feedback to vendors

Negotiating offers

What you will have

Previous experience working in Estate Agency and comprehensive knowledge of the residential property market

A proven track record of working in a target-driven environment

Excellent customer service and strong IT skills

Driving license and access to own vehicle
