As a Regional Sales Manager, you will continue to have an individual quota, and be assigned to a territory of Student Unions (SUs)
You will also be responsible for managing and coaching direct report(s) to ensure optimal sales performance across their territory
Deliver timely and accurate reporting and forecasting to the business by being on top of your CRM hygiene and other systems, upholding best practices across your team
Exceeding the contract value of your SU territory across at least 80% of the portfolio both individually and across your team
Regularly reviewing and analysing sales data to identify areas of improvement across your territory
Supporting with the development of process improvements, best practices and team training & development
Comfortable building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
You will thrive on working to targets and will be able to confidently negotiate with clients to identify new opportunities and maximise sales revenue
You will be resilient and creative, able to problem solve with positivity and urgency
Ability to coach and mentor others to continuously improve their performance
