As a Area Manager, your accountabilities will include the following:
To create a fun and empowering environment that will be put your colleagues and customers at the heart of everything you do whilst driving sales and KPI performance in stores
Ensure the region trades legally with health and safety at the forefront.
Training, coaching and developing your team. Ensuring that talent development is lived and breathed throughout your group.

Our client's Area Manager role is the ideal position if you are looking to join a people centric brand that will encourage you to trade and deliver a great customer experience To be successful for this position you will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a multisite retail environment and typically you would have managed in excess of 15+ stores.
Our client can offer a salary of up to 70,000 plus a strong performance related bonus, car and benefits.
