Wealth Planning Assistant

One of the top 10 Wealth Managers in the UK are seeking a Wealth Management Assistant to join their HNW team in the Worcestershire area.
Supporting the Wealth Planners with Administrative work your daily responsibilities will include;
- Process new business for clients
- Being a point of contact for client queries and handle client correspondence and post.
- Manage the Wealth Planners diaries.
- Arrange client meetings, valuations, meeting packs
- Complete any required post meeting actions and minutes.
- Prepare letters of authority for signing.
- Prepare client application forms in line with suitability report recommendations, ensuring they are actioned when returned by the client
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a firm of Financial Planners / Wealth Managers and will have a full understanding of the end-to-end Financial Planning process.
In return the firm will offer full training and exam support – should the individual choose to develop their career in that direction.
