Employee relations management
Build effective working relationships with employees at all levels, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and HR related issues to support understanding and ensure effective communication of good HR practice
Support VP, Head of HR in advising and assisting people managers in disciplinary, grievance, probation management, performance management, sickness absence, and flexible working
Coordinate recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
Facilitate employee development and training programs
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Handle HR administration tasks, including record-keeping and payroll
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Technology HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
