We are happy to be working with a client in Lincolnshire looking to hire a Project Manager for a 3 month contract.
The role is in the IT Domain, therefore experience within this field is required.
Key Skills:
Strategy and Planning:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain ongoing liaison with stakeholders.
- Plan, schedule, and track milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Monitor and disseminate success criteria throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify key learnings.
- Develop best practices for project execution and management.
Operational Management:
- Lead project development from start to finish.
- Create detailed project plans and communication documents.
- Resolve team issues and conflicts.
- Manage dependencies and critical paths.
- Deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Proactively handle scope changes and potential risks with contingency planning.
- Build and maintain essential business relationships.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Proficient with project management tools like MS Project and MS Visio.
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Data Centers, Networks, Servers, and Storage technologies.
