Using data-rich, virtual, interactive, andcollaborative technologies, they help clients make more informeddecisions for difficult jobs.nYou will be the Desk Side and TechnologySupport Team Lead is the central point of contact for all IT-relatedincidents and service requests within their region. Tour role is toboth provide second-line support and supervise/lead the local ITresources operationally. Required Skills:nAt least 8 years'experience in IT Service Management principles and processes and solidunderstanding of hardware and software asset managementprocesses.nShould have Broad technical understanding of IT servicesbeing supported.nWorking knowledge of database/excelstructures/tables/configurations.nResponsibilities:nManage the dailyactivities of the Desk Side and Technology Support Team and assumeresponsibility for the recruitment, training, objectives setting, andpersonal development reviews of team members.nGeneral troubleshooting of the desktop computingenvironment based on service requests logged via the Global ServiceDesknDeploy IT hardware, record, and track assets during deploymentaccording to IT Services standards and workflow procedures.nEnsuretake ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implementtemporary or permanent fixes to restore service to the customer assoon as possible; escalating incidents to other support teams wherenecessary.nTroubleshooting a range of technology and telephony issues:investigating, diagnosing faults, and working through toresolutionnThis is an excellent opportunity to work for aninternational company that encourages and facilitates personal growthand career development throughout the organisation.
