This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-regarded brand. As a Publishing Administrative Support, you will provide administrative support to our client's busy car supermarket.
Key Responsibilities- Checking that all vehicle documents are present and correct.
- Adding vehicle documents to the company's database
- Creation of a document file for each and every vehicle and making sure they are put into the vehicles for the customers
- Any other administrative duties as instructed
- Previous administrative experience in a dealership or car supermarket would be advantageous
- Proficiency in IT using MS Office Packages
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
