This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-regarded brand. As a Publishing Administrative Support, you will provide administrative support to our client's busy car supermarket.

Key Responsibilities
  • Checking that all vehicle documents are present and correct.
  • Adding vehicle documents to the company's database
  • Creation of a document file for each and every vehicle and making sure they are put into the vehicles for the customers
  • Any other administrative duties as instructed
Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous administrative experience in a dealership or car supermarket would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in IT using MS Office Packages
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
