Are you an ambitious Banking & Finance Associate 1-4 years PQE looking to join a heavyweight practice, to be based in Bristol? If so, this role could be perfect for you
This banking and finance department has a stellar reputation for its representation of lenders and borrowers on complex, high value and high-profile financing transactions in the UK and internationally.
They act on general corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance and renewables finance and want to appoint an Associate who can manage a caseload of real estate finance and/or general corporate lending transactions, as well as assist on large Parter-led transactions.
As a junior/mid-level lawyer, you can expect a broad diet of work and exposure to international transactions, advising regularly on cross-border mandates and drafting a wide range of documents including credit agreements, intercreditor agreements and security paperwork.
