We are currently looking for several Support Workers near Royston Hertfordshire. Our partner children's home and school provides education, care and therapeutic support for children and young people aged 9-19 years with severe and profound communication difficulties associated with conditions such as cerebral palsy, autism, brain injury and degenerative disorders.
We are looking for experienced Support Workers with experience supporting young people or adults who must be commutable to Royston, Hertfordshire.
Support Worker Responsibilities:
Providing exceptionally high levels of care during all daily activities such as washing, dressing, socialising, learning, washing/personal care.
Communicating effectively and building strong relationships that will empower the children and young adults are free to grow and develop
Helping develop their learning and social skills wherever possible
Support Worker Skills & Qualifications:

Must have an interest/passion for supporting young people who require extra support
Must be reliable and recognise the importance of consistency for our young people
Must have Right to Work and have or be open to Enhanced DBS Check
