Our Client is on a mission to revolutionize the way the world consumes products and they are seeking a Sales Director who shares our vision and is ready to lead a high-performing sales team to new heights.

Position Overview:

As the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our sustainable product line. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan that aligns with our sustainability goals and values. This is an opportunity to lead a passionate team, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the global movement towards a greener, more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for our sustainable product line, including market analysis, target customer identification, and revenue projections.

Lead and Inspire: Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of sustainability and excellence.

Build Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders to expand the reach of products.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and clients.

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure and optimize sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, sustainability initiatives, and competitive landscape to position products effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the sustainable product or related industry.

Passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of environmental and social responsibility.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team towards common goals.

Visionary mindset with a focus on long-term sustainability.
