To be considered for this role you must have experience working in a fine dining restaurant which serves a fresh seasonal menu, otherwise your application will not be taken any further due to the requirements set by the hotel.

The hotel is home to a beautiful restaurant, overlooking the sea and adorned beautifully to create a luxurious atmosphere.
