Join our team at The National Centre for Earth Observation (NCEO) as a Programme and Finance Manager The NCEO is a distributed research centre with over 100 scientists from universities and research organisations across the UK, providing long-term strategic research in environmental science using data from satellites in space.
As the Programme and Finance Manager, you will manage and oversee financial processes and contracts and ensure effective running of scientific and operational programmes, including sustainability and social responsibility. You will also be responsible for meeting organizational needs and supporting our Centre and Divisional Directors through management of business functions and operational reporting.
We are seeking a candidate with experience in business operations management and reporting for science or research, as well as finance management and external contract management. The ideal candidate should have relevant project management experience and a science or business degree or significant relevant experience in a comparable role.
