Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound telephone calls, send emails, and arrange video calls to promote our products and services.
- Proactively follow up and nurture inquiries generated through the website and other lead generation channels
- Focus on business growth from existing clients and generate new business by nurturing existing database contacts and reaching out to new specifiers and end users.
- Up-sell and cross-sell products and services in line with the sales and marketing plan.
Ideal Candidate Qualities
- Creative experience (ideally a degree or equivalent in a creative field such as graphic design).
- Professional customer service approach with an excellent telephone manner.
- Proven track record of bringing projects to a satisfactory and timely conclusion.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office.
