Твої скіли:

  • Знання англійської на рівні — Upper Intermediate та вище.
  • Вміння працювати в Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Досвід роботи на позиції Support або Success від 8 місяців.
  • Навички налаштування автоматизацій та інтеграцій (опційно).
  • Вміння чітко та грамотно викладати свої думки усно та письмово.
  • Бажання допомагати людям.
  • Вміння виявляти причинно-наслідкові зв'язки та знаходити витончені рішення, як у рутинній роботі, так і у складних завданнях.
Команда чекає від тебе:
  • Відповідей на питання щодо функціонала роботи продукту.
  • Описання роботи продукту для користувачів та самої команди.
  • Вивчення кейсів клієнтів, та того, як вони використовують систему.
  • Допомогу у формуванні списку запитів для нового функціоналу продукту.
  • Допомогу клієнтам отримати максимальну користь від нашого продукту.
  • Онбордингу клієнтів.

  • Графік роботи з 10:00 до 19:00 або з 12:00 до 21:00 за київським часом.
