Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) specializing in HubSpot, you will play a critical role in our clients' success. This cross-functional position involves working directly with clients and collaborating with team members to identify HubSpot goals and objectives, translating these into tangible actions, and taking a hands-on approach to implementation and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new HubSpot clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup.
  • Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and training to help clients maximize their use of HubSpot’s features.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for HubSpot-related inquiries.
  • Customized Solutions: Analyze client needs and business objectives to tailor HubSpot solutions that drive success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor client performance metrics and deliver insightful reports and recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling HubSpot’s services and Hake Digital’s offerings.

Skills We’re Looking For:

  • Problem Solving: Ability to find HubSpot solutions to specific client objectives and work through complex marketing automation workflows or data migrations.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to switch gears quickly between tasks and clients, handling diverse projects and unexpected challenges with ease.
  • Communication: Strong listening skills to understand client needs, translating these into clear plans, and keeping clients engaged and informed throughout project progress. Proficiency in written and verbal communication using email, Slack, and Zoom is essential.
